AVAILABILITY & RESERVATIONS
Our nightly rates are based on double occupancy and are inclusive of breakfast, fall and winter
afternoon tea and a five course dinner. All charges are subject to current State Taxes and a
15% Service Charge. Please be our guest on your next trip to Mount Snow, Vermont.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
Advance reservations are suggested. A minimum deposit of one night's lodging is required.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservations by letter or e-mail. We accept
personal checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card and Diner's Club.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Your deposit, less a $25
processing fee per room booked, will be happily refunded if we receive notification at least 14
days prior to your arrival date. A 30 day cancellation notice is required during foliage season
and holiday periods. After that, no refund is possible regardless of the reason for non-arrival
or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the space. However, you are welcome to
send someone else in your place. Should it be necessary for you to arrive later or depart earlier
than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights
booked for your intended stay.
