Policies

AVAILABILITY & RESERVATIONS

All rates are double occupancy, per night, include all taxes and fees, and are subject to change without notice. The rates increase on the weekends, holidays periods, and during the winter season. There is an additional charge of $50 for an extra person in the room age 8 or older.

DEPOSIT

Due to our intimate size, all reservations must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the reserved stay, with a minimum value of one room night.


CANCELLATION / REVISION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation we require at least 14 days’ notice prior to your arrival for reservations April – November and 30 days’ notice for reservations December – March. For any cancellations made with the required notice, we are able to hold your deposit for a future stay, or arrange for a refund. 

 

If cancellation occurs inside of the required 14 or 30 day period prior to your arrival, no deposit will be refunded or held for a future stay unless the entire reservation is re-booked by another party.

 

Late arrivals and/or early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room.

 

All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
